1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the webpol.eu website operated by Antoni Saganowski (hereinafter: "WebPol" or "Service Provider"), based at Aleja Rzeczypospolitej 2, Warsaw, Poland.

Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with their content, please leave the website.

2. Definitions

  • Website — the website available at webpol.eu
  • Service Provider — Antoni Saganowski operating under the WebPol brand
  • User — any natural person using the Website
  • Service — any services provided electronically via the Website

3. Rules of using the Website

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and good practices.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • taking actions that damage the good name, reputation or image of the WebPol brand
  • spreading false, misleading or harmful information about WebPol, its services or employees

4. WebPol brand protection

The name "WebPol", the logo and all materials published on the Website constitute the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by law.

Any attempts to damage the reputation of the WebPol brand, including spreading false information or actions aimed at discrediting the Service Provider or its services, will result in legal action, including pursuing claims through court proceedings.

The Service Provider reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses suffered as a result of damage to the brand's reputation, including reputational, financial and non-material losses.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, photos, software and page layout, is the property of the Service Provider or third parties who have granted appropriate licenses.

Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing any content from webpol.eu without prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

6. Contact form and orders

Filling in the contact form and submitting an inquiry does not constitute entering into a contract. It is merely an expression of willingness to establish commercial contact. A contract is concluded only after written (or electronic) confirmation of the terms of cooperation by both parties.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse services without giving a reason.

7. Disclaimer of liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is current and reliable, but is not responsible for its completeness or the consequences of decisions made on its basis.

The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by force majeure, technical infrastructure failure or actions of third parties.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered address.
